Address Type

The Address Types screen allows the user
to determine which address types will be display in the participant demographic data entry screens.

|
The Address Code field shows the user the
abbreviation of the address type.
|
The Description field shows the user the description
of address type.
|
The Active field allows the user activate or
deactivate the address type.
|
To delete an address type, click the row selector for the address type to be deleted, then click the Delete button.
|
The Update button allows the user to save the information displayed on the screen.
