The Demographic Options menu allows users to set
preferences for data entry of demographic information for participants.
The Address Types button allows the user to set the
types of addresses to be collected per participant (mailing, current). The Ethnic Types button
allows the user the set the different ethnic types used by the district
student information system.
The Grades button
allows the user to define grade levels per school or SFA.
The Meal Status Types
button allows the user to define meal status identifiers for participant
(Free, Paid, Reduced, Adult, Student Workers Free).
The Names Types button
allows the user to create the types of participants to be identified
(Adult/Student).
The Phone Types button allows the user to set the type of phone number
required to be collected for participants.
The Transport Types button allows the user
to set the type of transportation methods participants will use for arriving
and leaving the facility.
