Deposits


The Deposits screen is used to enter participant deposits. This screen is used mainly for mass-entering deposits collected outside of the Point of Service line. Select a line using the drop-box at the bottom of the screen. Enter the amount of the deposit and check number (leave blank for cash) for each participant's deposit. Click Update to complete the transaction(s).

The blank field at the top of this screen allows the user to enter the first letter(s) of the participant’s last name to quickly locate that individual. The user may also search by using the Right-click menu provided with this screen. For information on using the Right-click Filter and Sort functions, click here.
