Add / Edit Participants


The Add/Edit Participants screen allows the user to add a new participant or change information already entered into the system.



The Name Type field allows the user to choose the type of participant being entered.
The Prefix field allows the user to choose the title of the participant being entered.
The Last Name field allows the user to enter the participant’s last name.
The First Name field allows the user to enter the participant’s first name.
The Middle Name field allows the user to enter the participant’s middle name.
The Preferred Name field allows the user to enter the participant’s preferred name (nick name).
The Suffix field allows the user to enter a suffix (Jr., Sr., III).
The Address section allows the user to enter the address information including Street Name, City, State, Zip Code and Country.
The Room Location field allows the user to enter the room number for the person being entered.
The Local Student Identification Number field allows the user to enter the student’s school ID number.
The Social Security Number field allows the user to enter the person’s Social Security number.
The Alternate Phone field allows the user to enter an alternative contact number for the person being entered.
The Home Phone field allows the user to enter the home phone number for the person being entered.
The Grade field allows the user to enter the grade of the participant being entered.
The Meal Status field allows the user to enter the meal status of the participant being entered (Free, Paid, Reduced, Adult).
The Ethnicity field allows the user to enter the ethnic background of the participant being entered.
The Account Balance field allows the user to enter the balance of the participant’s account.
The Allow Charge field designates if a participant may charge at Point of Service.
The Gender field allows the user to enter the gender of the participant being entered.
The Birth Date field allows the user to enter the date of birth of the participant being entered.
The Entry Date field allows the user to enter the first day the participant entered the system.
The Exit Date field allows the user to enter the last day the participant was in the system.
The Alert 1 field allows the user to enter an allergy or other alert for the participant being entered.
The Alert 2 field allows the user to enter a second allergy or other alert for the participant being entered.
The Parent Name(s) field allows the user to enter the names of the participant’s parent/guardian.
The Picture File field allows the user to check a picture ID of the participant.
The Browse button allows the user to browse the category.
The Reset button allows the user to reset all fields.
The Submit button allows the user to update information displayed on the screen.
