Identification Types

This screen displays identification requirements for participants. Users define what types of Ids will be entered for each participant by selecting active for those required. Users also select the one ID, which will be used to identify participants at Point of Service, by selecting one ID type for Scan Flag.

The Abbreviation field allows the user to enter the abbreviation for the type of phone description.

The Description field displays a full description of phone types.

The Active field allows the user to activate or deactivate a chosen type.

The Scan Flag field denotes the unique type of ID that will identify a participant at Point of Service.

To delete an identification type, click the row selector for the address type to be deleted, then click the Delete button.

The Update button can be used to update information displayed on the screen.
