Low Account and Charge Letters


The Low Account and Charge Letters screens are used to preview the low account and charge letters needing to be printed. Records are selected based upon the criteria set in the Account Criteria Maintenance screens. Language is set  based on the Home Language setting in the Participant Information screen.


 

Low Account Letters and Charge Letters are printed 3 per page, and are sorted in the following order:

  1. Grade
  2. Room
  3. Last Name
  4. Preferred Name
  5. Middle Name
