Low Account Letter Wording

The Low Account Letter Wording screen is used to set
the verbiage to be printed on letters sent as a low balance notice. The maximum number of lines is 3 for the
body and 3 for the salutation. Users may compose letters in English and Spanish. The language used for a participant's
letter is determined by the Home Language setting on the Participant Information screen.

The Show Sample button displays the Low Account Balance Letter with generic information as laid out by the user.

To delete the Low Account Balance Letter Wording for a language, click the Delete button.

The Update button can be used to update
information displayed on the screen.
