Meal Pricing

The Meal Pricing screen allows the user to enter
information with regard to meal pricing and meal pricing structures. Meal pricing may vary by grade level. All meal status types must have an
appropriate meal price or price(s).

The Price field allows the user to enter the price of
any type of meal.
|
The Description field denotes the Meal Status. All Meal Status Types should have a price set for each Meal Type.

The Meal Type field denotes the meal type as
breakfast or lunch free, paid, reduced etc.

The Beginning Grade field allows the user to select
the first grade in the facility.
|
The End Grade field allows the user to select the
last grade in the facility.
|
The Student Paid Meal field allows the user to
select which price actually shows at Point of Service. This is the DISPLAYED price, and may or may not be the actual price of the meal served.
This should be set as the 'Paid' price for student meals.

To delete a meal pricing type, or remove a meal pricing, click the row to be deleted and click Delete.
|
The Update button allows the user to update the
information on the screen.
