Name Types

The Name Typesscreen shows the user the different names types of participant available. It also gives the user the ability to add new descriptions.

The Name Type Description displays the description of the type of participant.

The Reimbursable field designates if the meal served top this participant type is reimbursable.

The Guest Account field designates if the more than one meal of the same type (ie. Lunch) may be served in the same day.

To delete a name type, click the row selector for the Name Type to be deleted and click the Delete button.

The Update button allows the user to update information displayed on the screen.
