Phone Types

The Phone Types screen allows the user to determine which phone types will be display in the participant demographic data entry screens.

The Abbreviation field allows the user to enter the abbreviation for the type of phone description.

The Description field displays a full description of phone types.

The Active field allows the user to activate or deactivate a chosen type.

To delete a phone type, click the row selector for the phone type to be deleted, then click the Delete button.

The Update button allows the user to save the information displayed on the screen.
