Point of Service

The main Point of Service screen is displayed when
users enter in Point of Service. The
operator must have a sign in name and password to make this screen
operable. Users choose from the Point
of Service options after sign in.

Sign In - is used to identify the operation of the
Point of Service line.
|
Change Meal - is used to designate the current meal.
|
Quick Meal Mode or Al A Carte – is used to set the
preference if a meal will automatically be processed as each participant is
identified through the Point of Service by ID method. Or if the operator will manually choose a meal by clicking ‘Quick
Meal’.

Hide or Show Account Balances - is used as a
preference if account balances will be shown or hid at Point of Service.
|
ID Mode or Roster Mode - is used as a preference if
the Point of Service processing will be conducted via ID input or roster
selection.
|
Close Drawer – allows the operator to count and close the cash drawer at the end of the Point
of Service session.
