Participant Processing By Roster

Change Program – allows the user to change the meal currently being processed.

Search by Room/Name – allows the user to define how participants will be found and listed – by name o room.

Commit – commits all meals for participants having been selected.

Exit – exits the Point of Service Roster method.<<<<<</>>>>>> - moves between participants lists left or right.

Clear – clears the entry.

<<Back – clears one letter or number typed.

Enter – verifies entry.

Keyboard – is used to find specific participant lists.
