Rosters


The Roster screen allows the user to search for a participant using different criteria. The user can search by using the Right-click menu provided with this screen. For information on using the Right-click Filter and Sort functions, click here. This screen can also be used to enter a new participant or edit the record of an existing participant.



The Detail button displays detailed demographic information for each participant listed in the roster at the time the button is clicked. This screen can be used to edit information already entered for a participant. Hint: Try this scenario: right-click in the Meal Status field for a Free student, then choose Filter by Selection. After the grid reloads, click the Detail button. You are now only looking at the detail information for Free students. This feature may also be activated by double-clicking the row selector for a selected participant.
The Update button can be used to update information displayed on the screen.
