Quick Orders (Ordering by Item Number)
The Warehouse Quick Ordering screen provides a quick and efficient method to enter site orders against warehouse stock using the internal item number. Internal item numbers for all approved products are printed on order guides and ordering worksheets. To use this screen, simply enter the internal Item Number for the desired product into the first blank row. If a valid item number is entered, the software will populate the Description and Unit Price fields. Press Tab to move to the next column and enter the Quantity for the item.
Delivery Dates may be filtered to only show the valid delivery days assigned to the selected school. This setting may be removed to display all weekdays instead.
