It is important to check this site periodically to check for updates. We release updates for the software as needed. The SFSD Inventory Update Package contains the latest program components, reports, and functions. As we continue to receive requests from customers, we fix errors, modify reports, or make enhancements for the program. The SFSD Inventory Update Package guarantees that your software and all related files and reports are current.

This walkthrough will explain the 6 steps for updating the SFSD Procurement software application.

You may want to print this page now, so that you can follow without dragging windows around.

  1. Make sure that the SFSD Procurement program is not running.
  2. Click this link.
  3. When the message box appears, choose 'Open' or 'Run this program from its current location' depending on your version of Internet Explorer.
  4. After a brief download, you should see the following screen. (version number may be different)
    Click Here to Update
  5. Click the Extract Button. You will receive a message letting you know if the update succeeded or failed.
  6. Log in to the SFSD Procurement Software and check your version number on the login screen. It should match the version number on the Update Package.
