The FUNDamentals Web Reporting Module is a web-based reporting tool for NFSMI FUNDamentals or MyFUNDamentals users. This module may be installed on a web server in your district providing administrators and kitchen managers with the same type of reports found in the local application. Additionally, this module provides the ability to filter and group sites based on inherent or user-defined criteria. This module requires the SQL Server database upgrade. | ||

Visual Solutions offers a wide variety of Add-On Modules and Imports for use with the NFSMI FUNDamentals or MyFUNDamentals software applications. Add-On Modules provide solutions to issues not addressed in the core FUNDamentals product. Examples are Prep Kitchen, Contract Billing, Best Practices, and Provision Meal Allocation. Imports for all areas of data entry are also available. These imports are extremely flexible and can accept data in a wide variety of formats. | ||

State Level Fundamentals is a web based financial reporting system that will assist school foodservice administrators in analyzing and interpreting the financial outcomes of their operation while allowing administrators to compare their operation with other similar operations. State administration and School Food Service directors print organization specific reports. Users also query the database for financial reports and graphs displaying anonymous sites for comparative analysis. Your state audited claims and financial data can be imported into the FMIS model and used to produce annual reports. States currently utilizing this system are Florida and Texas. Provision Decision is a computerized breakeven analysis system that will assist school foodservice administrators in analyzing and interpreting the financial outcomes of introducing USDA Provision II or USDA Provision III. The software allows users to vary participation increases. Users can see financial projections for implementation of both breakfast and lunch or each program independently. |

The Inventory Solution software gives users control of the food service inventory and costs. Users can select the method for costing inventory including FIFO, LIFO, Weighted Average, and Highest Cost. Bar code scanners can be utilized for physical inventory control. The Bid Evaluation software offers an easy, efficient method of soliciting, evaluating, and awarding bids. The Bid Evaluation software works in conjunction with all School Food Service software modules to build the base product file. Submitted bids can be compared on screen or by printed report.
