Basic Suppport for NFSMI FUNDamentals is available for only $500 per year.

| Extended Suppport for registered users of additional Add-On modules and upgrades for NFSMI
FUNDamentals is available for $500 per year plus approximately 12% of the total cost of installed add-ons and upgrades.

A support agreement entitles your

any of the registered and supported Food Service Director products you
own
- On-Line Help through your web browser
- Chat in real time with a live support person
- Allow a trained support person to view your
screen
- Allow a trained support person to control your workstation (this
tool is invaluable for troubleshooting)
- Software downloads including updates
- Offsite file storage on our secure ftp server
(great for FUNDamentals database backups)
- Secondary software installations for multiple
users
- Custom software installations including the
transfer of database and program settings for new or replaced
workstations
- One of the following Add-On Modules at no
charge:
